The Next Evolution of Attendance Professional Learning in Indiana
The 2026 Indiana Attendance Science Institute is a two-day immersive professional learning experience designed specifically for district leaders who are committed to creating sustainable improvements in student attendance.
Rather than a traditional conference focused only on presentations, the Attendance Science Institute combines research, leadership development, and an Exclusive Community Immersion Experience that allows participants to see attendance improvement strategies in action.

Attendance improvement is not the responsibility of one person or one department. Sustainable change requires a shared vision and coordinated effort among district leaders, principals, student support teams, educators, families, and community partners.
For this reason, we strongly encourage districts to send a cross-functional leadership team that can return with a common understanding, shared strategies, and an implementation plan.
