    How a cohort works

    1. Your organization registers a cohort (online, or by invoice through this form).
    2. The coordinator receives a cohort code and shares it with the team.
    3. Each participant creates a free account and enters the code at join-cohort. Access is immediate.
    4. Live sessions are scheduled with Attendance USA; participants complete modules and assessments online.
    5. The coordinator follows progress on Your cohort; completers earn the Level 1 certificate.

    Common questions

    Is the $549 per person?

    No. $549 covers one cohort of up to 100 participants. The minimum to register a cohort is 30 participants.

    Who can see participants’ progress?

    The cohort coordinator and Attendance USA. Participants see only their own progress.

    How long is the code valid?

    Twelve months from registration. Codes can be extended on request.

    Can we pay by purchase order?

    Yes. Use the form, choose “Invoice / purchase order,” and we will send an invoice and create your cohort once it is approved.
