Getting Started
Join through your organization’s cohort
CAP Level 1 requires a minimum cohort of 30 participants and is not available for individual enrollment. Once your school, district or organization registers a cohort, your coordinator shares a cohort code. Enter it at attendanceusa.org/join-cohort, create your free account, and you’re in. Not part of a cohort yet? Request Group Certification for your team.
Learn live, then move through each module screen by screen
Your cohort meets with Attendance USA facilitators in person or virtually. Between sessions, each module opens in a guided player: read a screen, click Next, and answer the in-module Knowledge Check questions to keep going. No skipping ahead — your place is saved automatically.
Pass each module’s Assessment
At the end of every module a graded Assessment unlocks. Score 80% or higher to open the next module — retakes are allowed.
Earn your certificate
Complete all six modules and pass every Assessment to earn your Certified Attendance Professional™ — Level 1 certificate, provided to you by Attendance USA.
